As a family-run eco-hotel in Bavaria, we have voluntarily committed ourselves to being mindful of nature's resources and reducing our consumption to the necessary level to appreciate the environment. That's why we consciously reduce our energy and water consumption, take targeted measures to avoid waste and get involved in the form of regional purchases of organic products and an organic kitchen.
In all of this, our guests are at the heart of everything we do. Hospitality, service orientation and cordiality are the basis of our work. Appreciation and respect are the pillars of our cooperation.

How do we work in an organic hotel
Get your day off to a good start with a
balanced organic breakfast.
In our organic hotel in Franconia, we choose food very consciously and leave nothing to chance. We prefer to use only suppliers from the region, especially when buying organic eggs, organic cheese and organic honey or seasonal fruit and vegetables directly from the Klinger nursery in Veitshöchheim. This has the advantage that transport routes remain very short and value creation takes place locally.
Food selection for our guests is a matter close to our hearts – and we always want to show you this with homemade products: Enjoy freshly baked cakes, fruit salads prepared daily and delicious herb quark.
